Refund policy

At ValentElle we do our utmost to ensure that the products we create give you complete satisfaction from the moment you receive them.

If unfortunately this is not the case, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
The item must be in perfect condition; any damaged product will not be reimbursed.

It's very simple to make a return: just send us an e-mail to the following address, indicating "Return request for XXX order" in the subject line. : contact@valentelle.com

Then return the item, well packaged, giving us your full name, address and order number to the following address:

Please choose a method of transport that includes a tracking number.
Without this tracking number we will not be able to accept any claim concerning a possible loss of parcel.

The refund will be validated upon receipt of your parcel.
